Enzy Jhang, The Talent Coordinator
Enzy Jhang, The Talent Coordinator, is a multimedia installation including video, office supplies and furniture, and office magazines of the fictional character’s workplace, “The Cludon Corporation”. This character dresses-up in both a serious and playful sense, employing “office drag” in order to pass and be considered a real employee. She observes nuances in behavior and spaces in the workplace she finds intriguing and reacts through performance. The focal point of her observations are the plain, small details present in the workplace, business districts, and on public transportation.

“Red Horse” is a video performance work of the character named Red Horse. It is inhabiting in a world we live in but hard to detect.
From growing up in a extremely competitive society, the artist uses this character to explore and question the concept of “oddity” in a playful way.
Yeonwoo in the bubble
“Yeonwoo” is a character that was made right after the times of COVID-19. The character lives in a plastic bubble and everything they touches are covered in plastic. They live by themself in this bubble.
There are hints that they might be interacting with some people but it’s also unclear.
This work “Yeonwoo in the Bubble” is a narrative video work that captures the isolation, loneliness and eventually transcend into certain tranquility and harmony.

Starting a new chapter in a far far away land in Europe is always hard and sometimes you find yourself loosing yourself trying too hard to fit in to the environment.
